This application form uses Javascript to ensure that all of the information you supply is correct and that nothing is missing.

Students may not be simultaneously enrolled in the same course at different schools.
A fully refundable deposit ($100 if paid by cash or money order, $105 if paid by debit card or credit card) is required for textbooks, payable before beginning course(s). No personal cheques, please. Deposits will be refunded only when all texbooks are returned in good condition. Deposits will be forfeited for books kept longer than two years.
If your application is approved, you will be expected to begin your course as soon as possible. (In other words, please don't sign up now for a course that you're not intending to start for several weeks. Students who are not reasonably active in a course will be dropped.)
